I come up with this one because I hate the regular version of this recipe where you have to squish the raw pork sausage in your hands with the bisquick (not that I'm that girly but, I just hate that super thick greasy film that you get all over your hands and under your finger nails besides I always keep around a pound or 2 of fried up sausage in the freezer as a time saver for omlets and what ever else)
1 cup Jiffy Mix
1/3 cup Milk (I use prepared powered milk)
1 or 2 Green Onions (just the top green parts), minced Optional
1 cup Cheese (what ever kind you wish, I like sharp Cheddar, but I have tried it with Feda), shredded
1/2 pound Sausage, cooked

Mix everything together, pop-it in the oven for 10 minutes and eat...
